If your purchase is not right for you, we offer a full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
  - Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it
  - Be returned in its original packaging with all brand tags still attached
  - Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged, or the mistake was ours, we will cover the return shipping. In all other cases (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return postage. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and arrange a resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your current item and place a new order for the desired alternative.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows your order has not arrived and it has been 30 days since dispatch (with a correct shipping address provided at checkout), we will reship your order or issue a full refund. Our customer service team monitors all outstanding orders and will keep you updated throughout the process.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to display the refund.
