Shipping policy

1. Delivery Area
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be provided with a valid UK delivery address at checkout.

2. Delivery Charges
All UK orders are shipped at no additional cost. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

3. Order Fulfilment
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders received before 12:00 noon on business days will usually be shipped the same day; orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Estimated delivery times will be included in your order confirmation email.

Delivery Timeframe: 2–4 business days after dispatch for UK addresses.

4. Returns and Delivery Costs
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Return Shipping:
  - If the item is faulty, damaged, or the error was on our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges are available. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original for a refund. As all UK orders include free shipping, placing a new order will also qualify for free shipping.

Return processing time: up to 10 business days after we receive the item. Delays may occur during public holidays or events outside our control. Please contact us before sending any returns.
