Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused or unworn and remain in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all brand tags still attached.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or the return is due to a shipping error on our part, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damaged Items and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the specific situation and take appropriate measures to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to first return the item you currently have; once your return request has been approved, you may then place a new order for the item you desire.
Lost Packages
If your package is unfortunately lost in transit—provided that you entered the correct shipping address at checkout—we will be happy to reship your order. Unless you specifically request a refund, we will wait 30 days; if the package has still not arrived by that time, we will process a refund for you. Our customer service team will track the status of your order every one to two weeks and keep you updated on the latest developments.
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your returned item to confirm it meets our refund criteria, we will send you a notification. If your refund request is approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the funds to your account. If it has been more than 10 business days since you submitted your return request and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via email at info@vout.shop for assistance.
