The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of our online vintage retail store (“Store”) owned and operated by Vout Enterprise Ltd (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Products
We sell curated premium items that are unique and pre-owned, which may show minor signs of wear and tear. We carefully handpick each item and we try our best to offer you items in good condition. However, as most of our clothing have been previously worn, do not expect that the product will not have some signs of age. All large faults will be listed in the product description. Remember, the item you purchase has been loved by someone else before, which might indicate small imperfections.

2. Orders
All orders placed through our Store are subject to acceptance, and we may decline any order without providing a reason. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products or services offered or sold through our Store, to anyone, at any time.

3. Payment
We accept payment through our third-party payment provider. The payment provider handles all financial transactions associated with our Store. We do not collect, store or process any credit card information. You will be directed to the payment provider’s website during the checkout process to enter your payment information.

4. Shipping
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for any errors or delays caused by incorrect information provided by you. We will make every effort to ship your order within the estimated delivery timeframe. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.

5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order please contact info@vout.shop and our of the team will get back to you to discuss.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our Store, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our prior written consent.

We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Store, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service.
