What kind of designer pieces can I send?

Through our consignment service, we welcome a broad range of designer, luxury and vintage pieces, with a focus on brand names such as Burberry, YSL, Barbour, Levi’s, Chanel and Gucci. However, pieces such as shoes, socks, hats, swimwear and underwear will not be accepted. 

How long will it take for my items to sell?

Whilst we aim to list all consignment products at the same time, we’re unable to predict when certain sales will come through. Your products will be listed on various platforms, giving them the highest possible chance of a sale. 

What does the quality assurance process look like?

Through our quality assurance checks, we’ll be examining clothing items for obvious tears, rips, damage and stains. Whilst small fixable problems such as loose buttons or small tears will be permitted, seriously damaged items will be disposed of or returned to the sender. 

All items will be professionally dry cleaned by VOUT before being sold and shipped. 

How does the payment process work?

As a consignment seller, you will receive 50% of the profits for each individual item sold through Sell with VOUT. At the end of each month, after the 14 day return period has ended, your profits will be automatically sent to you via bank transfer. 

How should I box up my clothing?

We will send over a courier box for you to package your clothes up into. All items will be dry cleaned upon reaching us, but the normal level of care is expected to ensure the clothes arrive in good condition for reselling.
